Welcome to Jack Williamson PT

Hi I'm Jack, a personal trainer from Waterlooville. I've been helping people in Denmead, Horndean, Clanfield, and other local areas feel fitter and stronger for over three years now.

I have spent the last two years working from a private gym right in my back garden; the gym has everything you will ever need to get the results you deserve!.

The gym has all kinds of state-of-the-art equipment and is completely private, there are no distractions for me as a trainer and you don't have to feel intimidated by going to a busy gym during your sessions.

My sessions are a combination of mobility and strength training exercises, the sessions last for one hour, and the sessions are perfect for anyone looking to tone up without a busy gym.

Services & Pricing

When it comes to your fitness journey, it’s just as important for you to receive support from me outside of your session as it is during, that’s why I don’t charge per visit. I will be there every step of the way to ensure the best quality results for you.

If you decide to work with me you will have sessions in a private gym, access to my app where you will receive personalised workouts that can be performed anywhere, meal plans and dietary advice, and support from me outside of the one to one sessions.

    £130 per month

  • Two sessions per week with me in my private gym, access to my app where you will receive your personalised workouts and support.

    £230 per month

  • One session a week with me and a friend in my private gym, access to my app where you will receive your personalised workouts and support.

    £160 per month.

FAQs

  • The studio is actually located in my back garden. You can find my house in the Waterlooville area off Tempest Avenue.

  • My sessions are one hour long so there is enough time to warm-up and stretch, along with plenty of varied exercises throughout the session.

  • Of course not! Most of my clients had never done any exercise before they started working with me, I love working with clients who haven’t done as much exercise before!

  • Yes, I have a parking space for my clients and I will show you where to park when you arrive.

  • You don’t need to bring anything with you no, however I would recommend you bring a bottle of water with you and maybe a towel as people tend to get sweaty when they work out!

  • I use an app called Trainerize where you will receive your own personalised workouts that can be performed anywhere, along with some basic meal guides.

  • You can start paying me via bank transfer, once you’ve settled into your sessions with me you can pay via my app by monthly direct debit.

  • Yes you can cancel your direct debit at any time, you will need to give me at least one month’s notice before cancelling.

  • No, the gym is at the back of my garden with access through the driveway. I will meet you outside for your first session.

  • Just send me a message to cancel your session, I will need at least 24 hour’s notice if you wish to cancel otherwise you will still be charged.
